At Sakti Atelier we transform a deep memory into a real gem. From a small sample of ashes or hair, the elements present in that material are integrated into the structure of a lab-grown precious stone.
The result is an authentic gem, with the same physical, chemical and optical properties as a natural gem, but with something no mined gem can have: a personal connection to the one who will always be part of your story.
These can be ashes or hair, sent to the laboratory via a secure and traceable
system. Only a minimal amount of material is needed.
Each sample is registered,
identified and safeguarded from the very first moment to ensure traceability throughout the entire
process.
In the laboratory, a scientific process is carried out to extract the elements
present in the biogenic material. These elements are carefully purified so they can be integrated
into the mineral structure of the future gem.
Unlike other methods, here several elements are
incorporated present in the sample, allowing a real material connection to its origin to be
maintained.
Under controlled conditions of temperature and pressure, the crystal forms
gradually until it reaches the desired size. During this process, the elements extracted from the
sample are integrated into the mineral structure.
This growth can last from several weeks to
months depending on the gem chosen: 9 months for diamonds, 2 months for rubies and sapphires.
Once the crystal has finished forming, expert lapidaries proceed to cut and polish
the gem. The stone is carefully cut to reveal its brilliance, depth and transparency.
Each
cut is made with precision to highlight the natural beauty of the gem.
Before becoming a piece of jewellery, each stone undergoes a rigorous quality
control. Its optical properties, structure and finish are reviewed.
The gem is documented
and accompanied by the corresponding certification, guaranteeing the authenticity, origin and
traceability of the stone.
Once certified, the gem is set in the piece chosen by the client: ring, pendant,
earring or bracelet, for both men and women.
All jewellery is crafted to measure according
to the agreed design. We can make them in yellow or white gold, silver, or gold-plated
silver. The result is a unique, irreproducible piece, created to last and to carry a meaning that
has no equivalent.
